机床简介:
FGH-7132AHD 平面磨床是一款适用于精密加工的平面磨床。并具有 Z 轴自动进给、 Y 轴无级调速等功能。该设备前主机座与后主机座采用工艺
成熟稳定的 T 型拼接结构，立柱移动模式，工作台与滑动架分别独立相对运动。工作台的左右往复运动采用流压控制、立柱的前后运动采用步进
电机通过皮带驱动滚珠丝杠传动，磨头的上下运动采用步进电机通过涡轮蜗杆驱动上下丝杆传动。
本机采用 PLC 控制系统，能在一次安装工件的情况下完成平面或切槽的自动磨削，并且具有砂轮自动进给磨削及磁力强弱调节功能。

二、工作台
工作台左右采用双 “V” 型导轨并粘有耐磨层，工作台导轨在床身导轨内运行，运动平稳可靠，减少导轨磨损，精度更持久耐用。
X 轴采用独立满压站与双油压缸，推动工作台在床身上来回运动，实现 X 轴运动平稳顺畅。独立液压站使油温的温升对主机的变型降到最低。
三、立柱与滑动架
后主机座对滑动架进行全行程运动支撑，导轨均采用双 “V” 导轨，具有良好的刚性及定位精度、耐磨性。运动动力采用步进电机通过皮带驱动
滚珠丝杆控制滑动架的前后运动。
四、磨头组与上机架 ( Z 轴)
主轴与 5. 5KW 马达采用联轴器直接连接，有足够的磨削动力与磨削精度。
磨头组进给系统采用带制动的内置编码器步进电机通过涡轮蜗杆驱动上下丝杆控制磨头组作上下进给运动。
头座与上机架升降导轨为链刚导轨。
五、机床涧滑
采用自动循环润滑系统供油给各导轨和导螺杆。确保所有导轨及关键部位随时能得到适量且充分的润滑。
六、机床主轴图：
主轴采用 P4 级滚珠轴承，轴芯粗壮刚性更强更加耐用，防水效果更好，精度能达到 0.003mm 以内。

七、操作系统
机床均采用 PLC 控制系统。独立式操作电气柜，采用集中操作控制面板，所有操作元件及控制系统均集中于此，具有磁力强弱调节功能。
