The main engine has four guide columns for lifting, solid chrome-plated guide columns, and wear-resistant guide sleeves of ductile cast iron. The four guide columns are oil-immersed and lubricated, waterproof and dustproof, and durable. High-strength screw connection, the main shaft box adopts first-level belt speed change, the bearing adopts ball rolling bearing, the side beam transmission adopts screw nut transmission, and the position of the side beam motor reducer adopts waterproof offset setting. The worktable can be rotated from 0° to 90° in the horizontal plane, a positioning angle of 45°, and a flip plate of 85°.
2. Electrical part: hanging electric control box, PLC computer operating system, LCD touch screen with Chinese and English operation interface, wireless remote control, switch buttons of well-known domestic brands, relays and encoders from Japan's OMRON, high waterproof travel switch. Main motor 15/18.5/22KW-6P, total power 24.5/26/26KW.
3. Hydraulic part: main engine double hydraulic lift, solenoid valve, double-layer thickened high-pressure oil pipe.
4. The diameter of the spindle is 50MM, the diameter of the cutter head is 300MM, with 1 saw blade and a 30MM chuck.
