CDE-A系列卧式车床的结构成熟，主轴变速范围广，适用于小批量生产的加工车间和机械修理车间使用。可以车削零件的内外圆柱面,圆锥面、端面、切槽、倒角，钻孔，铰孔及攻丝和拉油槽等工序的加工,并能加工公制螺纹,英制螺纹、模数螺纹、径节螺纹以及周节螺纹(特殊螺纹须咨询)。在本机床上加工零件的尺寸精度可以达到IT7 级,表面粗糙度可以达到 Ra1.6 级。
CDE-A Series horizontal lathe feature mature construction, a wide range of spindle speed, and is suitable for job shops with small volume production and machinery maintenanceshops. This lathe can perform turning applications on 1.D. &O.D cylindrical surfaces,conical surface, end face,and also is capable ofgrooving, chamfering, drilling, reaming , tapping and ol grooving. Different metric, imperial,module, diametral and circular pitch threads can be produced on this lathe. The tolerance of machined parts in this machine mounts to Class IT7 and the surface roughness goes to Ra1.6
