该机釆用日本PLC编辑器和触摸屏人机界面，中英文操作界 面，各工作状态，操作指令，故障状态，生产统计等一目了然，操作简便。送膜机构釆用交流伺服电机控制，送膜过程平稳，定位精度高，不需润滑，不怕粉尘。生产过程中无需停机即可实施修改参数，调整位置。该机选用高精度智能温控器，热封温度稳定，配齿形封口器，使产品封口牢固。带有自动故障报警显示功能，如切割切到物料，安全门未关，卷膜跑偏，卷膜用宪等。
